CERRITOS COLLEGE STADIUM HISTORY
Cerritos College Track & Field Stadium has long been a fixture on the Southern California sports scene.  The stadium has served host to some of the most prestigious track and field meets in California including the CIF, Masters, and State Championship Track & Field competitions.
 

The Track
Falcon Stadium has always been known as a place for a fast surface and blistering times. In upholding that 50 year tradition, the stadium has added the state of the art surface, MONDO. This technically superior material is the same surface used in World Championship and Olympic competitions. No other facility has a track  more ideal for top level competition

                             

The field events
It was the goal of the designers to create a facility that is not only focused on the running events, but creates the best atmosphere for the jumps and throws. Falcon stadium has been designed to meet only the highest of standards in the field events. Five shot put rings, three discus rings, three hammer cages, two javelin runways, four long jump runways, four pole vault runways and a new "D" ring for the high jump has been added to this magnificent stadium making it one of the premiere field event venues in the nation!
